BL Yacht club and Apartments await the guests with 31 apartments and a modern yacht port with up to 160 places on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in Balatonlelle, westwards of Siofok. The yacht club and holiday resort can be easily reached by the M7 highway and the E71 main road.
Bavaria Yachtclub is ideal for families and affirms the little one's fun with day care, children's pool and creative playground. The resort comforts the guests with outdoor pools with panoramic view of the Lake Balaton, underground garage and a sandy beach on a 30.000 m² area.
The holiday resort offers 31 fully furnished apartments all the year round offering accommodation for up to seven persons. The American style kitchens of the apartments are equipped with electric stove, micro and fridge, so it is an ideal alternative for those who would like to enjoy a taste of their own home during the holiday.
Pets are welcome in the apartments.
The types of the apartments in Bavaria Yachtclub and Apartments: apartment for two persons, apartment for 2 persons with lake view, villa apartment for 2+2 persons, apartment for 3+2 persons, apartment for 4+2 persons, apartment for 5+2 persons.
Apartment for 2 persons:
The A/1 type apartments (37,32 m²) are located on the first, second and third floor of the main building, are comfortable for two persons. They are equipped with one room with American style kitchen, two separable beds, convertible sofa, DVD player, cable TV, fridge, micro and electric stove in the kitchen, bathroom with shower, towels, cosmetic set.
Apartment for 2 persons with lake view:
The A/2 type apartments are situated on the ground floor, first floor and second floor of the main building they are ideal for two persons. They are equipped with one room with American style kitchen, two separable beds, convertible sofa, DVD player, cable TV, fridge, micro and electric stove in the kitchen, bathroom with shower, towels, cosmetic set.
Villa apartments for 2+2 persons:
There are four types of apartments in the buildings of villa apartments. They are suitable to accommodate up to 2 + 2 persons and have the same basic equipment: 1 bedroom, 1 living room with convertible sofa and American style kitchen fitted for four guests with fridge, micro and electric stove, bathroom with bathtub, cosmetic set, towels, cable TV and DVD player.
The difference between the villa apartments:
B/1 villa apartments: area of 45,14 m², on the ground and first floor, most of them with lake view.
B/2 villa apartments: area of 45,16 m², on the ground floor, most of them with lake view.
C/3 villa apartments: area of 53,96 m², on the first floor, most of them with lake view, separate WC.
Upmarket C/4 villa apartments: area of 52,42 m², on the roof with a huge roof-top terrace with panoramic view of the lake Balaton, separate WC.
Family apartment for 3+2 persons:
The family apartments for 3+2 persons are placed on the ground and third floor of the main building. The apartments on the ground floor have a garden connecting to the resort’s park. The C/1 apartments (56,03 m²) offer a separated lavatory in contrast to the C/2 type.
Their arrangement and equipment are the following: 1 double room (with two separable beds), 1 single room, 1 living room with convertible sofa and American style kitchen fitted for five with fridge, micro, electric stove, bathroom with bathtub, cosmetic set and towels, cable TV and DVD player in the rooms.
Apartments for 4+2 person (90,02 m²):
The T/2 type penthouse apartments with lake view are located on the roof of the main building and offer perfect accommodation solutions for 4+2 persons.
Their arrangement and equipment are the following: two bedrooms, 1 living room with American style kitchen fitted for 7 people with fridge, micro, electric stove, convertible sofa, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, shower, towels, cosmetic set, cable TV and DVD player in the rooms.
Apartments for 5+2 persons:
The T/1 (95,95 m²) and T/3 (90,02 m²) type penthouse apartments with lake view are located on the roof of the main building. The T/1 apartments include an XL sized roof-top terrace with a breath-taking view of Lake Balaton. The apartments are ideal for 5 + 2 persons.
Their arrangement and equipment are the following: two bedrooms with double bed, 1 single room, living room with convertible couch and American style kitchen fitted for 7 people with fridge, micro, electric stove, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, shower, towels, cosmetic set, cable TV and DVD player in the rooms.

The yacht port of BL Bavaria Yachtclub offers classy services, a capacity of up to 160 places even for catamarans and maintenance of the professional technical staff. The Yachtclub organises events as varied races, team building training, children's camps as well as sailing school for beginners and advanced, yacht merchandising and to store the yachts during the winter months on the water.
The high class yacht harbour offers crane, drinking water and electric supply, cable TV connection and the professional maintenance of the skilled technical team.
Following courses are available: sailing lessons for beginner and advanced adults, master trainings, motor boat driving lessons, children's camp.

Mooring febs and services:
Usage of guest-place for 1 hour is free.
Port ticket for 3 hours: 500 HUF/ person
Mooring daily fee (24 hours): 4 000 HUF/ boat / day + 1 200 HUF/ person / day
Mooring weekly fee: 50 000 HUF/ week + 6700 HUF/ person / week (max. 2 weeks)
Car parking fee above the contracted 1 vehicle: 3 000 HUF/ vehicle / day
Extra wristband for usage of shore services: 1 000 HUF/ person / day or 20 000/ person / year.
The daily cleaning up is not included in the rates. In case of min. 7 nights staying we guarantee the cleaning service on every third day and the emptying of the garbage.
Room cleaning fee:
- 1 500 HUF/occasion without changing the bedding,

Cancellation policy: The reservation can be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before check-in date. In case of late cancellation or no show the cost of the first night stay will be charged.
